I know what you mean.

so you thnk that what we percieve depends on what or who we are? what i mean is "the things we percieve from the external world (out of our own body and soul-if there is such a thing) are they percieved the way ther are becuase of the way WE pesonally percieve them. or because they ARE inariably, no matter who is is that's looking?"

also you mentioned it being a part of you, and you wanting be apar from it . (by "you" I don't mean pesonally you, but a person). isn't it almost always that way? can't you always find things that make you you, or that are a part of you, that you really want a break from
